More Michale Graves Concerts Cancelled

Michale Graves

Michale Graves, 49, born and raised in Bergen County’s Dumont Township, has had a string of shows cancelled on his current tour. Once known because he sang for The Misfits 25 years ago, he’s now most known for his association with The Proud Boys and the January 6 insurrection. The day before the insurrection, January 5, 2021, in a post now deleted, he said, “the next two days changes everything. We are ready. We are awake. We are fucking pissed.” Then, the day of the insurrection, he posted a picture of lawmakers lying on the floor between rows of seats. (also now deleted). He performed a concert for The Proud Boys on the eve of the insurrection. Three Pennsylvania shows have been cancelled as well as shows in Ohio and Missouri. Punk fans have been quick to call out his hateful bigotry, adherence to White Supremacy, and calls for violence.

“I am no stranger to being cancelled,” he says on his website. “Since 2004, when I helped found a website called Conservative Punk, I have been one of the deranged left’s most favorite targets. I am now one of the most banned and censored musicians in America today. This week alone I have lost five shows…”
