The mind-blowing three-day orgy of Dark Force will take place in Parsippany, Morris County, May 2-4, when hordes of metalheads, punks, goth kids, monsters, vampires, rockers, zombies and adventurers descend upon the Sheraton Hotel on Smith Road to witness 35 bands from around the globe on two stages of Hard Rock, Industrial, Goth, Punk, Post-Punk, Darkwave, Metal (be it trad, black, death, power or nu) and alternative. The 100+ vendors, tattoo artists, Costume Contests, infamous sideshow performers, panels plus all sorts of extracurricular activities (all legal, we assure you) will provide shock and awe.

MIKE GREENBLATT has been writing for Goldmine magazine and New Jersey's Aquarian Weekly for more than 35 years. His writing subjects fill the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

He's interviewed Joe Cocker, Graham Nash, David Crosby, Carlos Santana, Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, Johnny Cash, and members of The Rolling Stones and The Beatles. He was 18 when he attended Woodstock in 1969.
