His third album, the soulful new Hill Country Love (Provogue Records/Mascot Label Group), expands and illuminates Mississippi Delta blues. The grandson of blues legend RL Burnside [1926-2005], Cedric is reportedly psyched to perform his new “Juke Joint” single to wider audiences. As he says, “the juke joint was more than just a venue to me. It was where I learned about life and music. It was my sanctuary from a young age, shaping who I am as an artist today.”
